Return Policy Tales Untold B.V.
There can be different reasons for you to choose to return (part of) your purchase. Please carefully read our Return Policy to prevent misunderstandings and possible delays.
Applicability of this return policy
Our Return Policy is applicable to your purchases from Tales Untold B.V., including whentrading under the name “Kapikiri PatPat”, PatPat or PatPatoil”. The Return Policy is an integral part of our General Terms and Conditions applicable to the sales agreement (see www.patpatoil.com).
Returning your purchases
You are entitled to cancel your purchase within 14 days after receipt without giving any reason for your cancellation. To exercise this right of cancellation you must make use of the online Return Form from the PatPat website (www.patpatoil.com). After your online cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product to Tales Untold B.V.
Reimbursements
You will receive the paid purchase price including shipment costs. Only the costs regarding your return shipment are for your own account. In case a damaged product or the wrong product has been delivered to you we will pay your return shipment costs. We will reimburse you on the same bank account as you used for your purchase within 14 days after receiving the Return Form by e-mail to Tales Untold B.V. e-mail: hello@patpatoil.comunder the condition that the product has already been returned in good shape.
State of the returning product
You must return the product in good shape meaning including all accessories – and if reasonably possible – in its original state and packaging to Tales Untold B.V.
Liability
Tales Untold B.V. is not responsible for damage or missing of your package during
your return shipment.
Exceptions to returning a product
In the following situations you have no right to return your product: Sealed products if the seal is broken. Products which are used, damaged or incomplete. Products of which the packaging is damaged through usage or uncareful opening of the packaging. If the product has been customized to your specifications.· Products for which you did not make a timely online cancellation using the online Return Form of the PatPat website(www.patpatoil.com). Products which have been received later than 14 days after your online cancellation. Pay attention! In case you did not cancel your purchase agreement online using the online Return Form by e-mail to Tales Untold B.V.: e-mail: hello@patpatoil.com within 14 days after your purchase, you cannot return your purchase. In case you cancelled your purchase online in time and using the online Return Form but did not return your purchase within 14 days after your online cancellation you cannot return your purchase. Products which are damaged by your doing or demonstrate signs of use cannot be returned.
