PatPat offers the following payment options:

INFORMATION ABOUT PAYMENT SECURITY 
Credit card details such as your credit card number and the expiry date, are automatically transferred to the paymaster via a secure and encrypted system. This means that neither PatPat nor any other parties, have access to these details. Even in the case of refunds, the credit card details will not be fully visible. When paying with Visa or Mastercard, the special verification methods (respectively Verified by Visa and Mastercard Secure Code) offer extra security.

DELIVERY
We deliver our products all over the world!
Please note: unfortunately we cannot guarantee that as soon as your order leaves our office it will be delivered to you the next day, we depend on the shipping companies. Usually the transport of an order takes 1 to 2 working days.

‍SHIPPING OPTIONS:
BENELUX
Within the Benelux, PatPat uses standard shipping (1-2 working days). With an order amount of more than € 99, an order will be shipped free of charge with DHL.

GERMANY
Shipments to Germany are sent with DHL. The delivery time for this is 1 to 2 working days. Shipping is free of charge with an order value above € 120.

REST OF EUROPE
We always use DHL International to ship orders to other European countries. The delivery time for this is 2 working days. Shipping is free of charge with an order value above € 500. All possible additional customs costs are not reimbursed by PatPat.

INTERCONTINENTAL
We always use DHL International to ship orders worldwide. Delivery time can vary from 2 to 4 working days. Shipping is free of charge with an order value above € 500. All possible additional customs costs are not reimbursed by PatPat.

TRACKING INFORMATION 
As soon as your order leaves our office, you will be immediately informed about the delivery of your package. Your tracking code will be sent to you by email.
